With all the employees Ted's has, it is mportant to me to have one person I can go to with my questions and concerns. For me, Kendall has been this person. He is as responsive and helpful as a person could be and I greatly appreciate his accessability.
Corey King and his assistant Grant did an excellent job of installing my HVAC system. They were polite, friendly and thoughtful and worked extremely hard for long hours to accomplish the task.
Chris and Lasmon came to install the light that was not working during the original install. They were extremely helpful in showing me how to install a new filter and in showing me how to change the time on my thermostat. They were very patient and kind!
Hunter did a great job analyzing and solving my plumbing problems. He is very nice, patient and kind.

Kendall was fantastic servicing both units. He showed me with the cool camera where my heat exchanger was cracked in 3 places. So, I need a new unit, and some repairs on the other. He gave me all the info. I need to make decisions on these. Very pleased.
